8 Months

Today is 8 months on the waitlist. I'm not quite as excited as I was last month. I think it's because of the email I read yesterday stating the average wait is now at 9 months. Boo! I shouldn't have convinced myself that December was THE month. It's okay - I know she's close. Patience, patience, patience.

Eight months is a big one! I too was a bit sad when I read that email - but... very soon you will see the face of your beautiful little girl! : ) You are so close to receiving that call - very excited for you!! Wishing you and your family a wonderful Holiday and a blessed New Year!

Wanted to introduce myself. I just saw your post about your sponsor child. I recently found the blog for one of the other 16 who went to ET with your friend. I am right now waiting to see the face of my sponsor child and I am super excited! Thanks for blogging about this. What a small world it is!
